Product Introduction
HDPE corrugated pipe, commonly known as PE corrugated pipe, includes single-wall corrugated pipe, double-wall corrugated pipe, single-wall perforated corrugated pipe, and double-wall perforated corrugated pipe. First successfully developed in Germany in the early 1980s. After more than a decade of development and refinement, it has evolved from a single type to a complete product line. The production process and application technology are highly mature. Due to its excellent performance and relatively cost-effective price, it has been widely promoted and applied in developed countries like Europe and the United States.
HDPE corrugated pipe is a new type of lightweight pipe material made from high-density polyethylene, featuring light weight, high pressure resistance, excellent flexibility, quick installation, and long service life. Its superior wall structure design significantly reduces costs compared to other pipe materials. Moreover, due to its convenient and reliable connections, it is widely used both domestically and internationally.
Performance Features
1. The product features a unique structure and strong pressure resistance.
2. Smooth inner wall, high flow rate.
3. Easy to connect, with sealed interfaces, corrosion-resistant, zero leakage, no scaling, preventing secondary pollution, it is an ideal "green pipe material."
4. The product exhibits excellent flexural properties, capable of adapting to uneven soil settlement.
5. Long service life, suitable for underground use up to 50 years or more.
6. Lightweight product, easy to install, helps reduce installation costs and shorten the construction period.
7. At a speed of 15 feet per second, the wear resistance is 3 to 5 times higher than that of ordinary or fine-grained steel pipes.
Application Range
1. Municipal drainage and sewage pipeline system projects
2. Underground drainage and sewage systems for apartments and residential complexes.
3. Highway pre-buried pipelines, underground drainage networks for golf courses.
4. Agricultural irrigation and drainage water conveyance projects, including flood control.
5. Chemical and mining applications for fluid conveyance and ventilation, etc.
6. Protective sleeves for underground pipelines and communication cable sheaths, etc.
