Made from jute that has been soaked in bitumen for a long time, it offers superior anti-corrosion properties and is commonly used for filling construction joints and concrete joints.

Production Process

Soak jute rope and jute fiber in an emulsified asphalt tank for 24 hours, then add anti-oxidant foaming agents, preservatives, and other materials to act as fillers, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion in expansion joints and settlement joints. The general process for asphalt jute fiber, asphalt jute yarn, and asphalt jute絮 is: clean, dry the deformation joints, fill with oil jute fiber, pour emulsified asphalt, and remove excess asphalt after solidification and cooling.

Cautionary Notes

Before applying asphalt fiberfill, ensure all debris and standing water within the expansion joints are thoroughly cleaned, then fill the joints with asphalt fiberfill.
