Product Introduction

Blind Pipes, also known as Plastic Blind Pipes or Drainage Blind Pipes/Gutters, are a three-dimensional, porous material formed by heating and melting thermoplastic synthetic resin, extruding it through a nozzle to create layered fibers, and then fusing the junction points together. These pipes are wrapped in geotextile as a filter membrane and come in various sizes. They have been used internationally for over twenty years and are widely welcomed in the engineering community.

Performance Features

1. Blind pipes offer high compressive strength, excellent pressure resistance, and good recovery. There is no issue with drainage failure due to overloading or other causes.

2. The blind pipe features uniformly distributed surface holes, far exceeding those of similar products, effectively collecting seepage water from the soil and promptly channeling it away.

3. Features include biodegradability in soil and water, resistance to aging and ultraviolet rays, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting material without change.

4. The filter membranes for blind pipes can be selected according to different soil conditions, fully meeting engineering requirements and avoiding the drawback of single-product filter membranes being uneconomical.

5. On-site installation of blind pipes is extremely convenient, reducing labor intensity and significantly speeding up construction efficiency.

6. High flexibility and strong ability to adapt to soil deformation, capable of avoiding accidents such as drainage failure due to overloading, severe foundation deformation, and uneven settlement.
