Case Study Introduction:

The main control reactor for our client's material production of lithium battery anode materials undergoes chemical reactions to enhance purity. Therefore, in the design, in addition to setting the temperature control range between room temperature and -250 degrees, we have also added explosion-proof designs to ensure the safety of the workshop environment for our client.

Thermal control requirements necessitate cooling needs, hence the design incorporates separate cooling and heating oil systems, which can be understood as a switching mechanism between cold and hot oil. The initial heating is done using steam, followed by electrical heating. It features a pressure transmitter, with a panel displaying the pressure values. It also includes remote communication capabilities.
