Case Study:

Polyurethane material production involves four 5-cubic-meter tube reactors at customer sites A, B, D, and E, with heating temperatures ranging from 100-140°C. As the addition of polyurethane materials to other substances releases heat during reaction, a 6-square-meter plate-type heat exchanger is configured with an electric heating oil furnace to maintain a constant reactor temperature by cooling with external chemical plant cooling water. The customer's site is a Class A workshop, and to ensure equipment and personnel safety, explosion-proof design with positive pressure is adopted. Signals are transmitted remotely to the customer's DCS system for control and monitoring.
