Lithium Iron Phosphate Double Conical Drying Oil Temperature Machine: Lithium Iron Phosphate is an electrode material for lithium-ion batteries. Depending on the process and production capacity, different types of dryers are used. The commonly used double cone dryer is also known as a double cone rotary vacuum dryer. The internal moisture (solvent) of the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and is exhausted to the surface through three processes, achieving the drying purpose in a very short time.

The Bi-conical Dryer features a bi-conical rotating drum. Inside the drum, under vacuum conditions, heat is transferred by circulating thermal oil through the jacket. The heat is then transferred to the wet material through contact with the drum's inner wall, achieving the drying process. The heating process is paired with an oil temperature machine. Due to the vacuum state within the drum and the rotation of the drum, which continuously flips the material up, down, and inside out, the thermal oil heating accelerates the drying speed of the material, enhancing the drying efficiency and achieving uniform drying.
