Case Study Introduction:

The customer's lab tube reactor is used for temperature control, with operating temperatures ranging from 50℃ to 390℃ and ±1℃ accuracy. The reactor contains approximately 20 kg of material, which is initially heated to 200 degrees for reaction. The temperature is then raised to 300 degrees for a period of reaction, followed by heating to 390 degrees, where it is continuously monitored. The PLC intelligent control system utilizes a Siemens S7-200 SMART and a 10-inch touchscreen for remote control and data storage.
