The main structure of the rice mill slurry machine consists of coarse grinding equipment, fine grinding equipment, and a control system.
One: Coarse Grinding: Composed of two symmetrical grinding rolls for rice, the outer layer of the roller in contact with the rice is made of high-chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and other high-quality stainless alloys. This roller features high hardness, strength, good wear resistance, heat crack resistance, anti-scaling, corrosion and rust prevention, and durability. The product quality meets the standard of Q/ZJT001-2003 "High-Chromium Wear-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant Crushing Roll." The gap adjustment between the rolls is generally designed as 0.05-0.1mm.

The Fluke Rice Wet Milling Machine's main function: After the rice is soaked, it is separately measured with water and flows into the rice roller working chamber. The roller speeds are 800r/min and 1000r/min respectively. The gap between the two rollers is 0.05-0.1mm. The coarse ground rice slurry is discharged after 20-40 mesh and then flows into the fine grinding pump.
