The liquid flow rate in a spray dryer refers to the flow state of materials contained in the liquid. There are two types of flow rates: one is the actual liquid flow rate, and the other refers to the flow rate of the dried product within the tower after the material has been dried by the spray drying tower. This situation is not actually called a liquid flow rate; it refers to the residence time of the material in the tower. The liquid flow rate is related to the pressure of the feed pump in the spray dryer, while the material flow rate inside the tower is related to the material's specific gravity and the velocity of the hot air.

The high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is a widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industry. Principle of High-Speed Centrifugal Spray Drying Machine

Filtered and heated air enters the top air distributor of the dryer, where it spirals evenly into the drying chamber. The liquid material is atomized into extremely fine droplets by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower (rotating) and sprayed into the chamber. The product is dried into a finished state in a short time upon contact with the hot air. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, while the waste gas is exhausted by the fan.

Properly arrange the support fixation positions, placing fixed supports at nodal locations to minimize the vibration load on the shaft system.
