This machine is a continuous flow drying equipment, suitable for drying permeable sheet, strip, and granular materials. It is particularly ideal for materials with high moisture content, such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine slices, where high temperatures are not permitted. The series of dryers boasts fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and high-quality product output. For paste-like materials in the form of dehydrated filter cakes, drying is also possible after granulation or molding into rods.

Materials are evenly spread on a conveyor belt by a feeder, typically using a 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is driven by a transmission device to move within the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units, each with an independent hot air circulation. Some exhaust gases are discharged by a dedicated dehumidification fan, while the exhaust gases are controlled by a regulating valve. Hot air passes through the多层 belts filled with materials from bottom to top or top to bottom, facilitating the heat and mass transfer process, removing moisture from the materials.
