The XSG series rapid rotating flash dryer is characterized by hot air entering at an angle at the bottom of the dryer, creating a powerful swirling air field under the action of the stirrer. Paste material is introduced into the dryer via a spiral feeder, where it is dispersed under the intense force of high-speed rotating blades, thanks to impacts, friction, and shearing forces. Solid material is quickly crushed, allowing for thorough contact with hot air, heat absorption, and drying.
