The working principle of the vibration fluidized bed is that hot air passes through the perforated plate from the lower box, exchanging heat with the wet material. The wet air is then purified through a cyclone separator and a bag dust collector before being exhausted.
Materials are set in motion in a parabolic shape towards the discharge end after being excited by a vibration motor on the hole plate. The excitation force is adjustable; however, during the debugging process, attention must be paid to ensure that the excitation forces of the vibration motors on both sides of the housing are consistent. Inconsistent excitation forces can cause the material to deviate. The equipment's foundation floor needs to be corrected, and the front and rear shock absorbers should be intact and uniform. During operation, inspections should be conducted to ensure that the shock absorbers are not damaged.
The Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer operates by feeding the material into the machine through the inlet, where it is tossed forward continuously across the horizontal fluidized bed due to the vibration force. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet material, and the moist air is then cleaned by a cyclone separator before being exhausted at a ratio of 1:3. The dried material is discharged through the outlet.
