RGY Series Dry Cabinet

The RGY series drying ovens are widely used in factories, mines, and research institutions for baking, drying, heat treatment, and other constant temperature heating applications. The products are primarily used in motor and electrical insulation drying, surface coating, metal heat treatment, aging tests, and drying of various agricultural and sideline products.

Terms of Use

1. Place this box on a dry indoor floor and work surface; no additional fixation is required for the CO2 incubator.

2. Install one circuit breaker or an air switch in the power supply line, dedicated to this box, and use a grounding wire with twice the cross-sectional area of the power cable.

3. Prior to powering on, first check the electrical performance of this box and be mindful of any short-circuit or leakage issues.

4. Once everything is ready, place the sample inside, close the box door, and if necessary, turn the exhaust valve on the drying chamber to create an opening of about 10mm.

5. Water-jacketed incubator, use constant temperature water bath to connect distilled water or deionized water to the inlet, until water overflows from the overflow outlet.

6. After plugging in the power, turn on the heating switch, and adjust the temperature setting dial of the drying oven to the desired operating temperature. For the water bath oscillator incubator and the water-sealed incubator, set the "Set-Measure" switch to "Set," adjust the temperature setting knob to the desired operating temperature, then switch to "Measure." At this point, the cabinet begins to heat up, and the green light illuminates.

7. Once the temperature reaches the required working temperature, switch to the green light off, then fine-tune until the green light turns back on. The alternating on-off of this indicator light is the constant temperature point. At this point, you can further fine-tune the knob until the green light turns off to maintain a constant temperature. When the temperature inside the workspace stabilizes, you can slightly adjust the temperature controller to enhance the accuracy of temperature control. This method allows you to select any working temperature.
