Shanghai Hengfei ZDLP, ZDLN electric single-station, double-station regulating valves consist of a straight stroke electric actuator and a direct-acting double-guided single-station, double-station valve. They feature a compact structure, sensitive operation, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, and flow characteristics*. They directly accept control signals such as (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC, or 1-5V DC) from regulating instruments, and with single-phase power supply, they can control operation, achieving automatic regulation and control of fluid media in process pipelines. They are widely used in processes controlling gases, liquids, steam, and other media parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and level to maintain set values. 1. The ZDLP, ZDLN electric single-station, double-station regulating valves are execution units in automation control systems. They are powered by AC220V voltage and accept current signals or voltage signals (4-20mA, 0-10mA, or 1-5V DC) from DCS, PLC systems, regulating instruments, or operators. They can control operation with these signals, featuring a mechatronic structure, internal servo operation, position feedback, position indication, and manual operation. They have strong functions, reliable performance, simple wiring, and high regulation accuracy. They adjust the valve opening displacement by changing the thrust output of the straight stroke to control the process parameters of fluid media. 2. The ZDLP, ZDLN electric single-station, double-station regulating valves can be divided according to the mode of action: - Positive action: electrically closed - normally open (valve position moves downward when the electrical signal is active), Type B - Reverse action: electrically open - normally closed (valve position moves upward when the electrical signal is active), Type K 3. The ZDLP electric single-station regulating valve is a straight-through single-station cast spherical valve with a single-station plunger valve core, suitable for applications with small leakage and low pressure difference before and after the valve. 4. The ZDLN electric double-station regulating valve is a straight-through double-station cast spherical valve with a double-station plunger valve core, suitable for applications with high pressure difference, large flow rate, and relatively impure media, with less stringent leakage requirements. 5. The ZDLP electric single-station regulating valve has a straight-through low-flow resistance structure with upper and lower double-guided designs. It has good sealing performance with only one valve seat and a plunger-shaped valve core, suitable for applications with strict requirements for medium leakage and regulation accuracy. However, due to the valve structure, the unbalanced force of the upper and lower valve rods is significant, especially under large nominal diameter conditions, making it suitable only for low working pressure difference scenarios. 6. The ZDLN electric double-station regulating valve has a straight-through low-flow resistance structure with upper and lower double-guided designs. The valve core is stable and reliable during movement, and the double-station valve body has two valve cores and seats. The fluid medium flows out through the upper and lower valve cores and seats, featuring high flow rate, large allowable pressure difference, and small unbalanced force. It is a balanced structure double-station valve. 7. By changing the design of the valve core shape, different flow characteristics can be obtained: percentage (logarithmic) characteristic, linear characteristic. This series of products is widely used in the automation regulation and remote control of industrial production processes such as chemicals, petrochemicals, metallurgy, power stations, light industry, textiles, papermaking, and others. They are available in standard, bellows-sealed, and jacket-insulated types. The pressure ratings are PN1.6, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa; nominal pipe sizes range from DN20 to 300mm; applicable fluid temperatures range from -100 to +500℃; different types can be selected according to temperature, including normal temperature, high temperature, and low temperature types.
