The explosion-proof electric butterfly valve mainly consists of a ZTQY-type explosion-proof electric actuator connected to the valve, operating at AC220V or AC380V, suitable for explosion-proof environments. It can also input 4-20mADC signals and power to control the valve's opening degree, allowing for adjustments of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level.
2. The valves feature a central-line structure with a non-offset design, exhibiting a notably low operation torque and significant cost-effectiveness when equipped with electric actuators. The use of rubber-lining structure and the precision machining of the butterfly disc's sealing surface to a high level of smoothness results in an extremely low friction coefficient against the rubber seat, extending the valve's service life. The flow characteristics of the valve plate sealing surface are linear, with a low flow resistance coefficient, ensuring minimal valve flow resistance. The uniquely designed molded rubber seat offers excellent balance and support, effectively preventing damage due to uneven force distribution. When the valve is fully closed, the rubber is in the optimal compression state to maintain zero leakage.
The external and internal surfaces of the valve's ductile iron shell can be coated with high-temperature electrostatic powder spray epoxy resin, which offers superior corrosion resistance. The coating has an exceptional bond strength with the ductile iron matrix, with a thickness of 0.2 to 0.5 mm.
