Shaoxing Jiangbin Thermal Power Plant conducts maintenance on the Guoyuan cylinder sealant.

Recently, the No.2 gas turbine unit of the Taishan Shaoxing Jiangbin Thermal Power Plant has successfully completed the overhaul and reinstallation of the rotor, marking the formal entry into the reinstallation phase of the maintenance. Gas turbine manufacturing and repair technology is hailed as the "jewel in the crown of the industry," and the overhaul of the rotor and turbine equipment is one of the core technologies. The rotor weighs 93.5 tons and is 11.7 meters long. The moving and stationary blades of the rotor are coated with ceramic thermal barrier coatings, with a blade gap of approximately 1 millimeter, which is half the thickness of a one-yuan coin. Throughout the entire process of the rotor's return, precision and accuracy must be maintained to prevent any errors, ensuring that the blades do not come into contact or rub against each other.

During this period, DaTang Shaoxing Jiangbin Thermal Power Corporation has been vigorously carrying out various tasks at the maintenance site. All maintenance staff worked together in unison, safely and efficiently completing the rotor reinstallation task, ensuring the orderly completion of subsequent maintenance work. The Shaoxing Jiangbin Thermal Power Corporation is the only heat source in the coastal industrial park, and also undertakes the task of ensuring power supply during peak summer load. The successful completion of the gas turbine maintenance project has laid a solid foundation for providing energy safely and efficiently.

During this maintenance, the Guoyuan Power Cylinder Sealant MFZ-3 was used. This type of cylinder sealant is one of the commonly used models for turbine maintenance. The cylinder sealant for this turbine can withstand high temperatures up to 610 degrees Celsius and high pressures of 26 MPa. Its technical parameters meet the requirements of ultra-supercritical units, providing a reliable guarantee for the successful completion of this maintenance project.
