China Resources Heshui Power Plant completes the successful扣缸 operation on Unit 1's high and medium pressure cylinders

The QJ Technology Company has successfully completed the扣缸 process for the high-pressure and medium-pressure cylinders of the 1,000-megawatt unit at the Guangxi Huarens Huzhou Power Plant, marking another significant milestone in the steam flow modification project.

Huaxia Power Hezhou Co., Ltd. has successfully installed the N1045-25/600/600 ultra-supercritical, single intermediate reheat, single shaft, four-cylinder, four-row exhaust, condensing turbine produced by Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. for its 2×1000MW unit No.1.

The No.1 turbine unit was originally 1000 megawatts and was upgraded to 1045 megawatts after the renovation. The reaction degree of the high-pressure and medium-pressure rotors was increased, with the high-pressure rotor's stages rising from 9 to 16, and the medium-pressure rotor's stages increasing from 2×6 to 2×11, significantly improving the unit's efficiency. The precision requirements for the turbine after the renovation were higher, and the workload greatly increased. The technical team of the turbine company optimized the processes reasonably, and the on-site construction crew set daily targets, overcoming numerous difficulties and working around the clock without interruption. With everyone striving for perfection and working together, all the work before the cylinder sealing was completed successfully. On November 27th, the high-pressure outer cylinder was successfully lowered and bolted, and the sealing work at the Hezhou Power Plant was completed without a hitch.
