3. The selection of raw materials is粗糙, and the variety is limited. Due to the lack of a dedicated person in charge, coupled with the constraints of the maintenance cycle, self-mixed coatings are often rushed, resulting in rough choices of base oils and powders, which affects the quality of the coatings. Moreover, regardless of the condition of the cylinder surface, only coatings with a single formula can be used, leaving no room for other options.
4. Paint residue is difficult to clean. Due to the rough texture and poor quality of the paint chosen, the residue on the tank surface is very hard, making it challenging to remove cleanly. Sanding is often required. This not only damages the tank surface but also affects the sealing effect for the next application.
