High-density safety net

Our factory's produced dense mesh netting is primarily used in building construction projects to prevent the fall of construction materials and workers from heights. It surrounds the structures with protective netting to avoid injuries, ensuring the safety of workers at elevated heights and pedestrians, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site.

Our building mesh security net is made of polyethylene, polypropylene plastic filaments; and raw materials such as polyvinyl alcohol, cotton, nylon 6 fibers. The vertical mesh (standing mesh) is knitted using a knitting machine, while the horizontal mesh is produced by mechanical twisting and artificial knotting.

Features:

1. High mesh density: standard vertical construction mesh screens have a mesh count of no less than 800 per 100 square centimeters, whereas our product boasts a mesh count of up to 2000 per 100 square centimeters. This effectively blocks the fall of objects with a base area of less than 100 square centimeters, such as gravel and bricks, offering superior safety performance compared to similar products.

2. Utilizing a unique knotting method with a straight chain multi-door structure, consisting of a group of straight chain loops and another group of reciprocating loops passing through three straight chain lines to form the mesh. The knots are sturdy and non-slip, the mesh is resistant to deformation, and the body size is stable; it is durable, lightweight, and more affordable than regular safety nets.

3. Excellent breathability without compromising lighting, allowing for enclosed operations and beautification of the construction site.
