High-density safety net

Our factory's produced dense mesh netting is primarily used in building projects to prevent the fall of construction materials and workers from heights. It surrounds the structures with protective netting to avoid injuries, ensuring the safety of workers at elevated heights and pedestrians, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site.

Our architectural high-density safety net is made from polyethylene, polypropylene plastic filaments; as well as polypropylene, cotton, nylon 6 fiber filaments. The vertical nets (standing nets) are knitted using knitting machines, while the horizontal nets are made by mechanical doubling and hand knotting.

Features:

1. High mesh density: Standard vertical construction mesh screens have a mesh count of no less than 800 per 100 square centimeters, whereas our product boasts a mesh density of up to 2000 meshes per 100 square centimeters. As a result, it can effectively block the fall of objects with a base area of less than 100 square centimeters, such as stones and bricks, offering significantly greater safety performance compared to similar products.

2. Utilizing a special knotting method with a straight chain multi-door structure, consisting of a set of straight chain loops and another set of reciprocating loops passing through three straight chain lines, forming a mesh. The knots are sturdy and non-slip, the mesh is less prone to deformation, and the body size is stable; durable, lightweight, and also more affordable than standard safety nets.

3. Excellent breathability without affecting lighting, enabling enclosed operations and beautifying the construction site.
