Safety Net with Dense Mesh

Our factory's produced dense-mesh netting is primarily used in building construction projects to prevent the fall of construction materials and workers from heights. It surrounds the structures with protective netting to avoid injuries, ensuring the safety of workers at elevated heights and pedestrians, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site.

Our manufactured building dense safety net is made from polyethylene, polypropylene plastic filaments; and raw materials include polyolefin, cotton, nylon 6 fibers. The vertical net (standing net) is knitted using a knitting machine, while the horizontal net is mechanically plied and hand-knotted.

Features:

1. High mesh count, standard vertical buildings use a dense mesh screen with a mesh count of no less than 800 per 100 square centimeters, whereas our product boasts a mesh count of up to 2000 per 100 square centimeters. This effectively prevents the fall of objects with a base area of less than 100 square centimeters, such as gravel or bricks, offering significantly greater safety performance than similar products.

2. Utilizing a special knotting method with a straight-chain multi-door structure, which consists of a group of straight-chain loops and another group of reciprocating loops piercing through three straight-chain lines, forming a mesh. The knots are sturdy and do not slip, the mesh is not prone to deformation, and the mesh size is stable; it is durable, sturdy, lightweight, and also more affordable than ordinary safety nets.

3. Excellent breathability without obstructing light, allowing for enclosed operations and beautifying the construction site.
