Equipped with flat bending, vertical bending, punching, cutting, and deburring calibration functions.

2. Cutting Station: Flat-cut design with no waste material. Polyurethane pressure feeding, busbar cutting edges are flush.

3. The punching station is in a straight-line configuration with 5 mold positions, including 4 round hole molds and 1 waist hole mold. Simply slide the straight-line mold station to switch between mold positions. Custom molds can be made to meet special requirements.

4. Bending Station: The straight-line bending principle with CNC bending is controlled by a Panasonic PLC, Vilantech touch screen, and high-precision pull-line encoder. Customers choose the appropriate mold based on different busbars for bending, with bending accuracy ±0.5°. Repeatability ±0.2°. For vertical bending and small busbar short edge flat bending, linear displacement control is achieved using pull-line encoders. The machine also calculates the unrolled length of individual busbars for multiple bends (2-4 bends) and various bending positions, allowing for one-time forming of complex busbars to avoid errors and save material.

5. The hydraulic system employs independent oil supply from three pumps, allowing simultaneous operation of the punching, cutting, and bending stations without interference. High production efficiency and repeat accuracy, with multi-functional capabilities in one machine.
