ZM303SL CNC Three-Station Busbar Hydraulic Machining Machine
Our independently developed and manufactured universal multi-station busbar processing machine consists of three independent stations: punching, cutting, and bending. The bending station employs linear CNC bending principles. The three stations can operate simultaneously without interference.
This machine is designed for processing various specifications of copper and aluminum busbars. Once the mold is installed, users can bend the busbars into various shapes. The bending control of this machine utilizes CNC linear principle, allowing for bending of busbars at different angles without a mold. It integrates punching, cutting, and bending functions, offering high production efficiency and excellent repeat accuracy. It's a versatile machine suitable for high and low-voltage electrical busbar processing.

The equipment is also randomly supplied with embossing dies, busbar upright bending dies, small busbar short side flat bending dies, sample punch and die sets, as well as a variety of molds and accessories, including 4 different sizes of round hole punches and 4 different sizes of waist hole punches, and spare punches. This range essentially meets the user's production requirements. Users can also customize special specification molds according to specific production needs. The machine has been widened at each station based on the ZM303S model, fulfilling the requirement for processing 200mm wide busbars.
The busbar bending geometry is as shown in the figure below, with the annotations indicating the bending dimensions (when using a small busbar short edge flat bending mold).
