This equipment is a self-developed high-precision and highly automated busbar cutting machine by our company. It incorporates the advantages of similar foreign equipment and features a turret-type mold-changing structure.

The equipment consists of automatic shearing stations, side positioning devices, robotic material pulling units, flip plate unloading components, feeding workbenches, extension workbenches, hydraulic workstations, pneumatic control systems, and control consoles, etc.

The automatic punching and shearing station features an 8-position die holder, including 1 cutting die position, 1 embossing die position, 4 round hole die positions, and 2 waist hole die positions (can be fitted with waist hole dies or special molds), capable of simultaneously completing processes such as punching, cutting, and embossing.

The equipment control system utilizes Panasonic motion controllers, with a self-developed graphical UI interface, touch screen input, and a clear and intuitive operation interface; data entry, graphical display, closed-loop control, and the entire bus processing is automatically completed, featuring fast speed and high precision.
