Equipped with flat bending, vertical bending, punching, cutting, and deburring functions.

2. Cutting Station: Flat-cut design with no waste. Polyurethane pressure feeding, busbar cutting edges are even.

3. The punching station is tower-type with 6 mold positions, featuring 4 round hole molds and 2 waist hole molds. Simply rotate the turntable-style punching mold station to switch between mold positions. Special molds can be custom-made upon request.

4. Bending Station: Equipped with CNC bending machine based on linear bending principle, controlled by a Panasonic PLC, Wilead touch screen, and high-precision pull wire encoder. CustomerSelect the appropriate mold based on the busbar type for bending with ±0.5° accuracy. Repeated accuracy is ±0.2°. Linear displacement control using a wire encoder is employed for vertical bending and short side flat bending of small busbars. The machine also calculates the busbar layout length and bending positions for multiple bends (2-4 bends) on a single busbar. This allows for one-time forming of complex busbars, minimizing errors and saving materials.

5. The hydraulic system features independent oil supply from three pumps, allowing simultaneous operation of the punching, cutting, and bending stations without interference. It offers high production efficiency and precision, serving multiple functions with a single machine.

This product is a key new product in Yunnan Province, currently offered as a modified version of the older model.
