KJW903S CNC Three-Station Hydraulic Busbar Bending Machine

Equipped with flat bending, vertical bending, punching, cutting, and deburring calibration functions.

2. Cutting Station: Flat-cut design with no waste. Polyurethane pressure feeding, busbar cutting edges are even.

3. The punching station is in a straight-line configuration, featuring 5 mold positions, 4 round hole molds, and 1 waist hole mold. Simply slide the straight-line mold base to switch between positions. Custom molds are available for special requirements.

4. Bending Station: Utilizes CNC bending with straight-line bending principle, controlled by a Panasonic PLC, WAGO touch screen, and high-precision linear encoder. Customers select corresponding molds according to different busbars for bending, achieving bending accuracy of ±0.5°. Repeated accuracy is ±0.2°. The vertical bending and short-side flat bending of small busbars are controlled by linear encoder linear displacement. The machine also calculates the length of the busbar lay flat and the positions for multiple bending (2-4 bends) of a single busbar. This allows for one-time forming of complex busbars, preventing errors and saving material.

5. The hydraulic system employs three separate oil supply pumps, allowing simultaneous operation of the punching, cutting, and bending stations without interference. High production efficiency, high repeat accuracy, and multi-functional.
