Compared to the reverse airflow and water flow structure, it reduces the formation of dry spots on the coil wall and scale. Low operating costs, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly Due to the structural design of the product and its high thermal performance, it boasts low condensation temperature, energy and water saving, low noise, environmental friendliness, and low maintenance costs. Achieve shutdown-free maintenance The GWBS products can be serviced without shutting down, including the ball valve and filter screen. Due to the same-direction design structure of water and air, it is convenient to inspect the nozzle and coil during equipment operation. Easy maintenance Featuring a user-friendly structural design with service doors, the interior space is spacious, allowing maintenance personnel to carry out repairs conveniently within the product. Ergonomic, easy-to-clean sloped sedimentation tank Design with a sloping structure from the bottom of the settling basin towards the outflow, facilitating the draining of wastewater and sedimentation. Condenser Coil Assembly The condenser coils are made of φ25mm (GB/T8163) seamless fluid tubes, with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. The coils are welded, assembled, and then undergo a 2.5MPa airtightness test (3 times) in water after being hot-dipped galvanized. The overall hot-dipped galvanizing treatment of the condenser coil assembly enhances the corrosion resistance, extends the service life, and the coils are inclined along the refrigerant flow for easier liquid drainage, with a low pressure drop. Configure electronic water descaling device Equipped with an electronic water descaling unit, which utilizes electronic pulse technology to prevent and remove scale from circulating water, as well as to treat algae. Recirculating pump The recirculation pump features a mechanical seal without directional limitations, ensuring no leakage and a long service life. It is equipped with an outdoor-type motor, featuring imported bearings for long-term reliable operation. It boasts features such as low power consumption, high flow rate, and low noise. Detachable Dehumidifier The detachable dehumidifier of GWBS products is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material, which reduces water drift to below 0.001 by altering the airflow direction to remove moisture from the wet air exiting the coil. It's easy to remove the dehumidifier when cleaning the packing material.
