High heat exchange performance

The GWBS product utilizes a technical combination of a finned tube with a feng shui-oriented mixed flow and secondary heat exchange, achieving heat transfer with PVC filling.

Due to the airflow and sprinkler water flowing in the same direction through the coil, the sprinkler water covers the coil surface evenly, keeping it moist. Compared to the reverse airflow and water flow structure, this design reduces the formation of dry spots on the coil wall and scale.

Ergonomic, easy-to-clean sloped sump basin

A structure design that slopes from the bottom of the sedimentation pond towards the effluent outlet, facilitating the draining of wastewater and settled impurities from the pond.

Low land area requirement, low comprehensive investment

The GWBS product line integrates traditional condensers, cooling towers, circulating water pumps, water tanks, and connecting pipes into one unit, allowing for normal operation without the need for additional equipment. It boasts advantages such as minimal land occupation and low overall investment.

Direct-drive fan

The fan employs a direct-drive structure, eliminating transmission loss associated with belt pulley designs. It boasts low noise and a low failure rate.

Easy transportation and installation

The GWBS products are transported using standard upper and lower housing components, with an on-site installation method, greatly facilitating the transportation and installation of the products.

Condenser Coil Assembly

The condenser coils are made of φ25mm (GB/T8163) seamless fluid pipes, with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. The coils are焊接, assembled, and then subjected to a 2.5MPa airtightness test (three times) in water after overall hot-dip galvanizing. The overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment of the condenser coil assembly enhances the corrosion resistance and extends the service life. The coils are inclined along the refrigerant flow for easy liquid discharge, and the pressure drop is low.

Electronic Scale Remover Configuration

Equipped with an electronic scale inhibitor, which utilizes electronic pulse technology to prevent and remove scale from recirculating water, as well as to treat algae.

Recirculating pump

The circulatory pump utilizes a mechanical seal that is unrestricted by direction changes, ensuring no leakage and a long service life. It is equipped with an outdoor-type motor, featuring imported bearings that guarantee the long-term reliable operation of the pump, characterized by its low power consumption, high flow rate, and low noise.

Detachable Water Separator

The detachable dew remover of GWBS products is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material. Its structure alters the air flow direction, carrying away moisture from the wet air exiting the coil, reducing the water drift rate to below 0.001. It is easy to remove the dew remover when cleaning the packing material.
