Operating Principle
The evaporative condenser uses water and air as cooling media, exchanging heat with the high-temperature working fluid inside the coil, which releases heat and becomes a normal-temperature fluid. It is internally equipped with a water distribution system, cooling coils, a dehumidifier, etc., and externally with a circulating pump, electronic water treatment, and an axial flow fan. During operation, under the action of the axial flow fan, the internal environment becomes negative pressure. The cooling water is distributed evenly over the coil surface via the water distribution system, where the high-temperature working fluid exchanges heat with the external water and air. With the help of the wind, the heat exchange efficiency is enhanced. After absorbing heat on the outside of the coil wall, the cooling water's temperature rises sharply. Some of the cooling water vaporizes into steam, while the remaining liquid returns to the collection pool for recirculation by the circulating pump. The water vapor that dissipates into the air is controlled by a float valve in the collection pool to ensure timely replenishment.
