Operating Principle Product Features Easy transportation and installation GWBN products are shipped using standard upper and lower box components, allowing for easy on-site assembly, significantly facilitating both transportation and installation. Low land occupation, low comprehensive investment The GWBN product line integrates traditional condensers, cooling towers, circulating water pumps, reservoirs, and connecting pipes into one unit, allowing for normal operation without the need for additional equipment. It boasts advantages such as minimal land occupation and low overall investment. Low operating costs, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly Due to the product's structural design and high thermal performance, it boasts low condensation temperatures, energy and water savings, low noise, environmental friendliness, and low maintenance costs. Clean Water Trays Design The inclined water pan is a key feature of the Gavabin condenser design. This "clean water pan" design allows the discharged cooling water to flow from the higher part of the pan to the lower part, simultaneously flushing out dirt and impurities with ease. This design also aids in preventing sediment buildup and the growth of microorganisms, reducing stagnant water. Heat Transfer Coils The heat exchanger tubes used in Gevabin's heat exchangers are made of Φ25mm (GB/T8163) seamless fluid tubes, offering high condensation efficiency. The tubes are arranged in a counter-current heat exchange pattern, with elliptical tubes staggered to form an angle with the airflow, enhancing air turbulence and thereby increasing heat exchange efficiency. Simultaneously, it reduces the air pressure drop through the unit. Low operating weight, minimal footprint The coils are made of high-quality steel pipes, and each set of pipes must be confirmed and tested for material before installation into the coil assembly. The assembled coils must undergo a 2.8 MPa air pressure test in water to ensure no leakage. To enhance the corrosion resistance of the coils, they are hot-dipped in a molten zinc槽 at nearly 420°C. Direct-drive axial fan The GWBN ventilation system employs an aluminum alloy axial flow fan for cooling towers, featuring an advanced forward-curved blade design and a streamlined inlet duct. It boasts low wind resistance, high airflow, low noise, excellent performance, and high efficiency. The structure without belt transmission reduces the number of transmission components, and utilizes a fully enclosed self-cooled low-noise motor for cooling towers, offering advantages such as small size, light weight, and excellent starting performance. PVC Inflow Grille Through fluid dynamics calculations and testing, Gewabin has optimized the air channel design of the intake grille, maintaining excellent fluid dynamics and thermodynamic efficiency even when the ventilation is closed, while blocking light outside the unit and preventing water splashing. The combination of "easy access to the water pan," "preventing water splashing," and "reducing algae growth" can save users on maintenance time, costs, water consumption, and water treatment expenses. Steel structure support The "I" steel beams used in the Gevabin condenser should be placed below the equipment locating flange, matching the equipment length. There is a 19mm diameter mounting hole on the bottom flange of the water pan for securing the bolts to the "I" steel beam (please contact the factory for detailed drawings of the mounting hole locations). Prior to placing the equipment, the horizontal inclination of the I-beam must be less than 1.5mm per meter. It is not permitted to use shims between the I-beam and the equipment to achieve levelness. Electric Heater The immersion electric heater is installed in the unit's water pan. When the fan is turned off and the ambient temperature is -18℃, it can maintain the water temperature in the pan between 4℃ to 5℃. The entire electric heater component of the remote heater is housed within a casing for outdoor use. The optional configuration does not include the relay switch box and wires for the electric heater.
The GWBN Evaporative Condenser is an improved heat exchange device developed by absorbing and refining technologies from both domestic and international markets. It is suitable for relatively cold regions, with more applications in northern China.
