High heat exchange performance

The GWBS products utilize a combination of co-current mixed-flow coil and PVC filling technology for a second heat exchange, thereby achieving heat transfer.

Due to the airflow and sprinkler water flowing in the same direction through the coil, the sprinkler water can evenly cover the surface of the coil, keeping it moist. Compared to the counterflow structure in a water and wind system, this design reduces the formation of dry spots on the coil walls and scale.

Due to the structural design of the product and its high thermal performance, it boasts low condensation temperature, energy and water savings, low noise, environmental friendliness, and low maintenance costs.

Continuous operation maintenance

The GWBS products can be serviced on-site without shutting down, including ball valves and filter screens. Due to the co-directional design structure of water and air, it is convenient to inspect nozzles and coils while the equipment is running.

Featuring a user-friendly structural design with service doors, the interior space is spacious, allowing maintenance personnel to carry out inspections comfortably within the product.

Easy-to-clean inclined sedimentation pond

A structural design that slopes from the bottom of the settling basin towards the outflow, facilitating the drainage of wastewater and sedimentation impurities.

Low land area requirement, low comprehensive investment

The GWBS product line integrates traditional condensers, cooling towers, circulating pumps, water basins, and connecting pipes into one unit, allowing for normal operation without the need for additional equipment. It boasts advantages such as minimal land occupation and low overall investment.

Direct-drive fan

The fan utilizes a direct-drive structure, eliminating transmission losses associated with belt pulley configurations. It features low noise and a low failure rate.

Easy transportation and installation

GWBS products are shipped using standard upper and lower housing components, which facilitate both transportation and on-site installation.

Condenser Tube Bundle

The condenser coils are made of φ25mm (GB/T8163) seamless fluid tubes, with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. The coils are welded, assembled, and then undergo a 2.5MPa airtightness test (three times) in water after being hot-dip galvanized. The overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment of the condenser coil assembly enhances its corrosion resistance, extends its service life, and the coils are tilted along the refrigerant flow direction for easier liquid drainage, with a low pressure drop.

Configure electronic water descaling unit

Equipped with an electronic scale inhibitor, it utilizes electronic pulse technology to prevent and remove scale from recirculating water, as well as to deal with algae.

Recirculating pump

Recirculation pumps are equipped with mechanical seals that are unrestricted by direction changes, ensuring no leaks and a long service life. They also feature outdoor-type motors, with imported bearings that guarantee the pump-motor unit's reliable and long-term operation, characterized by low power consumption, high flow rate, and low noise.

Detachable Dehumidifier

The removable dehumidifier of GWBS products is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material. Its structure alters the airflow direction, removing moisture from the wet air exiting the coiled tube, reducing the water drift rate to below 0.001. It is easy to detach the dehumidifier when cleaning the packing material.
