Huanggang Building Structure Safety Assessment Standards: The assessment and evaluation results of the third-party building assessment institution, based on the aforementioned detection results, have determined the safety assessment of the building structure in accordance with the requirements for changing the use function and relevant specifications.

(1) The upper structure of the building has an inclination measurement within the allowable range as per specifications. No significant cracks or deformations caused by uneven settlement of the foundation were found, and the safety grade of the foundation unit is rated as Bu level.

(2) The building's load-bearing components do not meet safety standards, significantly affecting structural load-bearing capacity; the component load-bearing safety rating is Cu grade. The building's partition walls are directly placed on the boards, and the overall structural integrity safety rating is Cu grade. The measured tilt of the building is within the regulatory limit, and the lateral displacement safety rating is Bu grade. Considering the evaluation results of the aforementioned items, the upper load-bearing structure's safety rating is determined as Cu grade.

(3) Considering the safety of both the foundation and superstructure units of the building, the overall structural safety rating is assessed as Csu level.
