Fire Automatic Alarm System
Inspect the insulation resistance, grounding resistance, system grounding, pipeline installation, and protective condition of the fire alarm system's wiring.
2. Inspect the setup status, installation quality, protection radius, and distance from surrounding obstructions of fire detectors and manual alarm buttons, and randomly test their alarm functions at a rate of 30% to 50%.
3. Inspect the installation quality of the fire alarm controller, the wiring inside the cabinet, the setup of protective grounding, the configuration of the main and backup power supplies, and their switching function, as well as testing all the controller's functions.
4. Inspect the installation quality of the fire equipment control cabinet, the internal wiring, manual and automatic control functions, and the screen's ability to receive signal feedback from fire equipment.
5. Test the emergency landing function of the elevator, the operational functionality of the fire elevator, the shutdown of non-fire power supply, and the lighting display function on the fire floor.
6. Test the fire communication function at the fire control room, each fire equipment room, and the fire hydrant buttons.
7. Test the audio function of fire emergency public address systems, including manual floor selection and automatic broadcasting, remote control activation, and forced switching functions.
8. Inspect the location and clear signage of the fire control room, the installation of indoor fire dampers and unrelated piping, the setup and switching function of the dual-circuit power supply.
9. Inspect the installation, luminance, transition time, and graphic symbols of emergency lighting and evacuation signage for fire emergencies.
Section 2: Fire Suppression Water Supply System
Inspect the nature of the fire water source, the number and diameter of the intake pipes, and the condition of the fire reservoir setup.
2. Inspect the fire reservoir's volume, water level indicator, and water replenishment facilities, ensure fire water supply and anti-freezing measures.
3. Inspect the fire water tank's installation, capacity, frost prevention measures, water replenishment, and the condition of the one-way valve.
4. Test the performance of various fire-fighting water supply pumps, including pipelines, manual/automatic control, startup time, and the main/backup pump and power supply conversion functions.
5. Inspection of the setup, markings, and firewater delivery function of the pump coupling;

Which projects require a fire inspection upon completion?
Pursuant to the "Regulations for Fire Supervision and Administration of Construction Projects" (Order No. 119), for places with a high concentration of people that fall under any of the following circumstances, the construction unit shall apply for fire design review and fire acceptance after completion:
1. Sports venues, auditoriums, public exhibition halls, and museum display areas with a total floor area exceeding 20,000 square meters.
2. Civil airport terminal buildings, passenger station waiting rooms, and passenger ferry terminal waiting halls with a total floor area exceeding 15,000 square meters.
3. Hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and markets with a total floor area exceeding 10,000 square meters.
4. Movie theaters with a total floor area exceeding 2,500 square meters, reading rooms of public libraries, commercial indoor fitness and leisure facilities, university teaching buildings, libraries, and canteens, labor-intensive industrial production and processing workshops, temples, and churches.
