Temporary stage inspection mainly includes on-site inspection, load-bearing calculation and  Final inspection conclusions are recommended in three parts, of which the on-site inspection includes the following:

1. Stage Dimension Survey

The site will utilize handheld laser meters, steel measuring tapes, and micrometers to measure and verify the overall stage dimensions and component sizes.

2. Stage Integrity Inspection

On-site inspection of stage steel structural member cross-sections, steel structural joint connections, and other conditions for completeness and damage.

3. Stage Structure Load-bearing Calculation

Without considering seismic resistance and wind loads, a structural calculation software from a certain technology company was used to establish a mechanical calculation model for the stage's backdrop wall and to perform load-bearing checks on the steel truss.

After on-site inspection and calculation analysis,  In conclusion, the inspection results indicate that the stage steel structure components are basically intact, no rusting has been found, and the connection joints show no significant looseness, on-site.The LED screens and projectors are securely connected to the main structure. Calculations show that the main load-bearing components of the stage backdrop wall and performance platform meet the load-bearing requirements.

Suggestion: As the stage is a temporary structure without a foundation, additional loads are strictly prohibited without permission during use.If you find any nodes loosening, please address them immediately to prevent any accidents.
