2. Adhesives enter the tail pulley and redirecting drum, causing materials to adhere to the drum surface, with more and more accumulation. This leads to conveyor belt misalignment and increased wear, resulting in adverse consequences.

3. Material sticking to the drive roller increases friction on the roller, which can cause damage to the conveyor belt's surface rubber and the roller's rubber covering.

4. Failure to promptly clear materials will result in a drop zone throughout the work channel, causing environmental pollution, increasing cleaning labor, affecting employee health and well-being, and boosting corporate costs. Therefore, to ensure the normal operation of the medium-coal belt conveyor, it is essential to clean the adhered materials from the conveyor belt. If the cleaning equipment is in good condition, it can also extend the lifespan of components like idlers and conveyor belts.
