The new 230A gasoline power welding machine is an industrial auxiliary power source for electric starting. Here, Mr. Li from Dazhe Power introduces an outdoor power welding machine. This welding machine is a new type of power welding machine, which has fast arc starting and does not require power insertion. It is an internal combustion welding machine with oil filling, which can be pushed by one person. The welding machine comes with two wheels, making it easy to move and suitable for outdoor construction without power supply. The fuel consumption is very low, 205 grams per kilowatt hour, which is more than 30% more fuel-efficient than other welding machines.

Common Sense and Safety Points for Use
(1) AC welding machine is a specially designed step-down transformer with a no-load voltage of 6080V, a working voltage of 30V, a power of 20-30 kW, a secondary line current of 50-450A, and a power supply voltage of 380/and 220V.
(2) A DC welding machine uses a three-phase electric motor to drive a specially structured DC generator; Silicon rectifier DC welding machine uses silicon rectifier components to convert alternating current into direct current; The no-load voltage of the secondary line of the welding machine is 50-80V, the working voltage is 30V, the welding current is 45-320A; the welding machine power is 12-30kW, and the power supply voltage is 380V and 220V.
(3) AC and DC welding machines should be started with no-load closing, and DC generator type welding machines should rotate in the specified direction. For those with fans, attention should be paid to whether the fan rotation direction is correct.
(4) When connecting welding machines to the power grid, it is important to ensure that the voltage matches. When multiple welding machines are used simultaneously, they should be connected separately to the three-phase power grid to balance the three-phase loads as much as possible.
(5) When the welding machine needs to be used in parallel, the primary wire should be connected in parallel to the same phase circuit; The secondary side also needs to be connected in phase. Welding machines with unequal no-load voltages on the secondary side should be adjusted to be equal before use, otherwise they cannot be used in parallel.
(6) The secondary and ground wires of the welding machine should have good insulation properties, flexibility, and conductivity that matches the welding current. It is recommended to use YHS type rubber sheathed copper core multi strand flexible cables with a length of no more than 30m. During operation, the cables should not be coiled, otherwise it will affect the welding current.
(7) When multiple welding machines are used simultaneously, if one needs to be dismantled, the power should be cut off first and then checked on one side. Only after confirming that there is no power can the dismantling work be carried out;
(8) All metal casings of AC and DC welding machines must be grounded or zeroed for protection. The grounding and neutral resistance should be less than 4 Ω.
(9) When the metal equipment and containers used for welding have grounding and neutral protection, the secondary winding of the welding machine must not be ungrounded or grounded.
(10) The grounding and neutral wires of multiple welding machines shall not be connected in series to the grounding body. Each welding machine shall be equipped with independent grounding and neutral wires, and their contacts shall be tightened with screws.
(11) Each welding machine must be equipped with a dedicated circuit breaker and an overcurrent protection device that matches the welding machine; The primary line should not be connected to the power contact with a pin, and its length should not exceed 5m, and it must be double insulated.
(12) When the secondary side handle and ground wire of the welding machine need to be extended for use, the overlapping area should be ensured, and the contact points should be wrapped with insulating tape. The contact points should not exceed two; It is strictly prohibited to use pipelines, tracks, and metal structures of buildings or other metal objects connected in series as grounding wires.
(13) The primary and secondary terminals of the welding machine should have protective covers, and the primary terminal should be tightly wrapped with insulating tape; The secondary terminal must be securely crimped using wire clips.
(14) The welding machine should be placed in a dry and ventilated place (except for water-cooled ones), and when used outdoors, its lower part should be moisture-proof and higher than the surrounding ground; Above should be equipped with rain shelters and anti smashing measures.
