I. Description of Technical Features
The FRTSP-6035B product is a gantry milling and boring machine. Building upon the traditional gantry machine foundation with its strong rigidity, symmetrical structure, and high stability, it incorporates innovative design concepts. The entire product is designed using PRO/E 3D modeling, and the main machine structure is analyzed through finite element analysis. By optimizing the reinforcement structure and distributing mass rationally, the machine achieves a high load capacity, strong rigidity, excellent dynamic characteristics, and meets the requirements for high-power, high-precision cutting. It is suitable for processing ultra-large and ultra-heavy components.
The FRTSP-6035B features a variety of processing capabilities, including milling, boring, drilling (drilling, reaming, tapping), thread cutting, and countersinking, making it suitable for large part processing in fields such as shipbuilding, new energy, aerospace, automotive, construction machinery, packaging, rail transit, and hardware & rubber. It is an optimal choice for processing ultra-large and ultra-heavy-duty parts with high precision requirements and complex structures.
　　II. Main Structure
The FRTSP-6035B series machine tools feature a table-moving structure, primarily composed of the worktable, bed, sliding saddle, column, beam, sliding headstock, hydraulic system, lubrication system, pneumatic system, cooling and filtering system, chip conveyor, fixed operation panel, and electrical control system.
Axes Definitions:
X-axis: The worktable moves longitudinally forward and backward along the guide rail on the bed.
Y-axis: The sliding pillow and seat components move horizontally along the guide rail on the beam.
The Z-axis: The sliding pillow moves vertically up and down along the guide rail on the sliding seat.

Note:
1. Standard spindle speed is 8000rpm (spindles with 10000rpm, 12000rpm, and 15000rpm are special orders, please specify separately when placing an order).
2. Center shaft with central or annular spray type, direct connection between center shaft and motor, special order required; please specify in the order.
3. Optional gear-type milling head available for TOM-3020 and above models, subject to special order. Please specify separately when placing an order.
4. X-axis is the direction of the worktable movement; Y-axis is the direction of the saddle movement; Z-axis is the direction of the main spindle housing movement.
