I. Description of Technical Features
The FRT-160B product is a high-performance boring and milling machine with a central boring head, independently developed by Henan Fanlte Intelligent Equipment using the latest international boring and milling machine design and manufacturing technology. Building upon the advantages of traditional machine tool basic frames, such as strong rigidity, symmetrical structure, and high stability, it incorporates innovative design concepts. The product is entirely designed using PRO/E 3D modeling, and the main machine structure is subjected to finite element analysis. By optimizing the reinforcement structure and distributing mass rationally, the machine achieves a high load capacity, strong rigidity, excellent dynamic characteristics, and meets the requirements for high-power, high-precision cutting. It is suitable for processing oversized and ultra-heavy-duty parts.
The FRT-160B features various machining capabilities, including milling, boring, drilling (drilling, reaming, tapping), and threading, as well as countersinking. It offers 8-axis simultaneous operation, boasts excellent performance, a wide processing range, and high production efficiency. It is also available with a variety of functional attachments to expand the processing range and perform drilling, reaming, boring, groove cutting, and flat milling in a single setup, further enhancing efficiency. It can mill inclined surfaces, rectangular planes, large hole ends, two-dimensional and three-dimensional surfaces, and both internal and external threads using contour control methods. The rotating table's continuous indexing feature allows for multi-angle machining of workpieces. The machine has high rigidity, precision, ease of operation, and reliability, making it the preferred processing equipment in fields such as heavy machinery, construction equipment, railway vehicles, injection molding machines, mining equipment, large electric motors, turbines, steam turbines, ships, iron and steel, military industry, nuclear power, and environmental protection. It is suitable for large component processing in various mechanical fields such as ships, new energy, aerospace, automotive, construction equipment, packaging, rail transit, and hardware and rubber, and is the optimal choice for precision machining of ultra-large and ultra-heavy components with complex structures.
Section 2: Main Structure
The FRT-160B series machine tools feature a column-moving structure, primarily composed of the worktable, bed, sliding saddle, column, sliding platen, hydraulic system, lubrication system, pneumatic system, cooling and filtration system, chip conveyor, fixed operating panel, and electrical control system.
Axes Definitions:
X-axis: The pillar moves horizontally along the guide rail on the bed.
Y-axis: The sliding seat component moves up and down along the guide rail on the column.
The Z-axis: The sliding pillow moves forward and backward along the guide rail on the sliding seat.
W-axis: The boring bar moves in a forward and backward direction within the sliding saddle
