I. Description of Technical Features
The FRT-130B product is a high-performance boring and milling machine with a centralized boring head, developed by Henan Fanle Intelligent Equipment. Utilizing the latest international milling and boring machine design and manufacturing technology, it inherits the advantages of traditional machine tools, such as strong rigidity, symmetrical structure, and high stability. The product incorporates innovative design concepts, utilizing PRO/E 3D design for the entire product and finite element analysis for the main machine structure. By optimizing the reinforcement structure and distributing mass rationally, the machine achieves a high load capacity, strong rigidity, excellent dynamic characteristics, and meets the requirements for high-power, high-precision cutting. It is suitable for processing ultra-large and ultra-heavy components.
The FRT-130B features multiple machining capabilities such as milling, boring, drilling (drilling, reaming, tapping), threading, countersinking, and more. It achieves 8-axis five-axis linkage, boasts excellent performance, a wide machining range, and high production efficiency. Optional accessories are available to expand the machining range, allowing for simultaneous drilling, reaming, boring, groove cutting, and flat milling operations, thereby enhancing efficiency. The profiling control method is used for machining bevels, frame-shaped planes, large hole ends, two-dimensional, three-dimensional surfaces, and internal/external threads. The continuous indexing feature of the rotary table allows for multi-angle machining. The machine tool has rigid construction, high precision, ease of operation, and safety reliability. It is an ideal machining equipment for heavy machinery, construction equipment, railway vehicles, injection molding machines, mining equipment, large motors, turbines, ships, steel, military, nuclear power, and environmental protection industries. II. Main Structure
The FRT-130B series machine tools feature a column-moving structure, primarily consisting of the worktable, bed, sliding seat, column, sliding saddle, hydraulic system, lubrication system, pneumatic system, cooling and filtering system, chip removal device, fixed operation panel, and electrical control system.
Axes definitions:
X-axis: The column moves horizontally along the guide rail on the bed.
Y-axis: The sliding seat component moves up and down along the guide rail on the column.
Z-axis: The sliding pillow moves forward and backward along the guide rail on the sliding seat.
W-axis: The boring bar moves in a forward and backward direction within the sliding saddle.
