I. Structure Overview and Working Principle
Water flow generated by the submersible pump is channeled through a nozzle to create a high-speed jet, forming a vacuum around the nozzle to draw in air. This air is mixed with the water flow in a mixing chamber, producing a water-air mixture inside the bell-shaped diffuser and喷射 out at high speed. The water flow, carrying many bubbles, swirls and stirs in a larger area and depth of water, completing aeration. Moreover, its shaft power does not vary with the submersion depth, and the air intake can be adjusted. This is why jet aeration systems can be used in pools with significant water level fluctuations.
Section II: Features and Applications
Deep-submerged self-priming jet aeration pumps simultaneously stir and oxygenate the water body, producing fine bubbles. This not only achieves a high oxygen transfer rate but also boasts the advantage of wheel non-clogging. The powerful unidirectional liquid flow creates an effective convection cycle, and the motor load varies little with water level changes, making it particularly suitable for use in pools with significant water level fluctuations. Without the need for compressed air, the maximum submerged aeration depth can reach 10 meters. Cost-effective with simple and convenient installation and maintenance, it is mainly applicable to:
1. Deep Water Aeration
2. Aeration and mixing in the bio-treatment pond.
3. Sludge aeration and mixing
4. High-concentration organic wastewater treatment process.
III. Main Technical Parameters
Submersible jet aeration pumps for deep water can operate continuously under the following conditions:
1. Maximum medium temperature does not exceed 40℃
2. Medium pH value between 5 and 9
3. Medium density not exceeding 1150 kg/m³

The values for air flow rate and aeration capacity in the table are test results under standard test conditions (water temperature of 20°C, air pressure of 101.325 KPa), with the aerator submerged at a depth of 3 meters, and the test medium being clear water. If the air flow rate at a submerged depth exceeds the values listed in the table, the supplier must provide the submerged depth and air flow rate for our company to design and supply an optimized equipment. | |||||||
