Product Overview:
The WQ series submersible sewage pumps are a new generation of pump products developed by combining advanced foreign technology with the characteristics of domestic water pumps. They feature significant energy-saving effects, anti-tangling, non-clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. They also offer unique effectiveness in transporting solid particles and long fiber waste.
The WQ series submersible sewage pumps feature a unique structure and a new type of mechanical seal, capable of effectively conveying solids and long fibers. Compared to traditional impellers, this pump's impeller is designed in a single or double-channel configuration, resembling a bend pipe of the same cross-sectional size, offering excellent flow capacity. With a properly designed volute, the pump achieves high efficiency. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance tests, ensuring the pump operates without vibration.

1. Features a unique single or double-blade impeller structure, significantly enhancing the throughput of debris, allowing for effective passage of fibrous materials up to five times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter approximately 50% of the pump's diameter.
2. The mechanical seal employs a new, hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, ensuring the pump operates safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small size, low noise, significant energy-saving effect, easy maintenance, no need for a pump house, can operate underwater directly, greatly reducing the construction cost.
4. The pump's sealed oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor, and heat-sensitive elements are pre-installed in the stator winding for automatic protection of the pump motor.
5. Available with an automatic control cabinet to meet customer needs, which provides automatic protection against pump leaks, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing product safety and reliability.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop according to the required liquid level, eliminating the need for constant supervision and offering great convenience in use.
7. The WQ type submersible sewage pump can be equipped with a double guide rail automatic coupling installation system according to customer requirements. This system greatly facilitates installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
8. Operates across the full range of flow without overloading the motor.
9. There are two different installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation.

The WQ series submersible sludge pump is suitable for use in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, cement, steel, power plants, coal processing industries, and urban sewage treatment plant drainage systems, municipal engineering, construction sites, and other industries for conveying sludge and waste matter. It is also applicable for pumping clean water and corrosive media.
