The PS type grille-type shredder is a new wastewater treatment equipment developed for handling solid substances mixed in the sewage system. It can intercept and send solid materials like fabric, wood chips, empty bottles, and cans mixed in the sewage to the shredder for crushing, while water flows through the grille to prevent blockages in the sewage treatment equipment, ensuring the normal operation of the sewage treatment system. This machine is mainly suitable for wastewater treatment plants and transfer pump stations.

Structure:

As shown in Figure 1, the machine is mainly composed of circular grates, vertical crushers, and electrical control boxes.

Under the drive of the driving parts, the teeth of the circular grille perform circular motion, conveying the debris retained by the circular bars to the crusher, while the water is discharged.

Grates allow the flow. The crusher's driving components rotate the drive shaft, which in turn, through precise gears, rotates the driven shaft, causing the shafts to be fixed and rotate.

The milling cutter rotates in reverse, while gripping and fracturing the solid material.
