The ZP 3D Vibration Platform is a type of vibration platform primarily used in the lost foam casting industry, essential for continuous production lines. During operation, the vibration platform can adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor to achieve an ideal form of materials on the platform. This machine is mainly used in processes such as resin sand and lost foam molding, where the vibration motor drives the body to vibrate, ensuring the sand is compactly packed and filled with the casting mold. It can be integrated with conveyer belts to form a continuous production line. The vibration platform is used in the production process to transform granular and powdered materials from bulk to block or shaped forms. The platform surface and base of the vibration platform are connected by air springs, resulting in low noise and effective vibration reduction during operation. 1. The 3D Vibration Platform (3D Compaction Platform) is primarily composed of four parts: the support frame, platform surface, vibration mechanism, and shock absorption mechanism. Driven by the vibration mechanism, it performs horizontal, vertical, and up-and-down three-dimensional vibrations, hence its name.

2. The vibration mechanism of a 3D vibration platform (3D vibration compaction platform) is primarily composed of several vibration motors and transmission plates. The number of vibration motors is generally an even number, such as 4, 6, 8, 10, etc., and the model of the vibration motors determines the main technical parameters of the 3D vibration platform.

3. The vibration reduction mechanism of a 3D vibration platform (3D compaction platform) is mainly composed of vibration reduction springs, which are categorized into rubber springs, composite springs, air cushion springs, and others.

ZP 3D Vibration Platform (Foundry Vibration Platform) Technical Specifications:

1. Industries using vibration platforms: Lost Foam Casting, Concrete Filling, Material Packaging Filling, Manufacturing of Decorative Panels for the Construction Industry, and Vibrating Compaction in the Refractory Material Industry.

2. Select based on the industry-specific requirements: up/down vibration, horizontal vibration, or a combination of both.

3. Select the vibration platform's power source based on the weight of the material or sand box it carries above, (vibration motor drive, ordinary motor with exciter drive, electromagnetic drive).

4. Select between variable or frequency tuning control based on the vibration platform's required vibration frequency levels.

5. Vibration platform shock absorbers typically include: steel spring damping, rubber spring damping, air spring damping, and rossta spring damping. Choose according to the actual working conditions used.

6. Prior to shutting down the vibration platform, it is common to experience a severe shaking of the platform (often due to the vibration motor). This is a normal occurrence. If the customer requests an immediate shutdown, the reverse connection braking method is generally applicable.
