The YZD series vibration motors are our newly developed model of vibration motor series. The entire unit features integrated casting of the housing and base, a dust cover formed in one stamping process, enhancing the unit's sealing performance. They are widely applicable in non-explosion-proof working environments with high dust and granular material content.

The YZD series vibration motors serve as the primary vibration source for various vibration screening equipment. These motors are equipped with adjustable eccentric blocks (two per set) at both ends of the rotor shaft, generating excitation force through centrifugal force produced by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks. Different installation methods create various material movement paths, achieving different screening objectives.

The YZD series vibration motors are energy-saving models with high utilization of excitation force, yet they consume less energy, produce low noise, and have a long service life. The excitation force can be easily adjusted to a wide range with simple operations. The YZD series vibration motors are general-purpose vibration motors.
