Anaerobic Incubator YQX-II, Microaerophilic Bacterial Reproduction StudyA precision device designed to create anaerobic or hypoxic environments, it provides a stable and controllable growth space for anaerobic microorganisms and microaerophilic bacteria. Through an efficient gas exchange system, it continuously injects a mixture of high-purity nitrogen, H2, and carbon dioxide, while an efficient catalyst removes any remaining oxygen, precisely constructing a diverse culture environment ranging from complete anaerobic to specific low-oxygen concentrations (such as 5% oxygen), catering to the specific gas needs of different microorganisms.
One of the core applications of this equipment is the propagation and research of microaerobic bacteria. Many significant pathogenic bacteria (such as Helicobacter pylori) or industrial strains require optimal growth under microaerobic conditions with oxygen concentrations below atmospheric levels. The YQX-II incubator can precisely maintain the optimal oxygen tension needed for these bacterial populations, ensuring their metabolic activity and reproductive efficiency. It provides a reliable and highly reproducible platform for researchers to conduct key experiments, including strain cultivation, physiological and biochemical characteristic analysis, and drug sensitivity testing.
Overall, the YQX-II anaerobic incubator successfully addresses the technical challenges of microbial culture under stringent gas conditions through advanced gas control technology and a stable chamber environment. It is not only an indispensable tool for in-depth research on anaerobic and microaerophilic microbial activities but is also widely used in the scientific research and quality control phases of food inspection, healthcare, biotechnology, and other fields, providing a solid technical foundation for exploring the mysteries of the microbial world.
YQX-II Anaerobic Incubator for Laboratory, Microaerophilic Bacteria Reproduction StudyKey Features:
The anaerobic chamber consists of components such as the culture operation room, vacuum sampling room, gas lines, and electrical control systems. The culture room features a suspended shelf design, which maximizes the operational space. This allows for the placement of small instruments like the Kamm oscillators according to specific requirements within the operation room. We have customized these for several universities based on such specifications.
2. The anaerobic incubator employs scientific and simple methods to achieve a high-precision, constant-temperature anaerobic environment, making it convenient for operators to obtain an anaerobic environment and easily conduct operations and cultivate anaerobic bacteria within it.
3. The temperature control utilizes a digital display controller for precise and intuitive temperature setting, reflecting both the desired and actual internal temperatures. Enhanced with effective temperature limit protection, it ensures safety and reliability. The incubator is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp for on-demand sterilization. The air is filtered before entering the chamber, effectively preventing bacterial contamination.
4. The airway device is adjustable for flow. Both the corridor and the operation room are made of stainless steel plates. The front window of the anaerobic incubator is made of transparent, shock-resistant special glass panels and is equipped with an operating hole locking device, ensuring the concentration of the gas inside the box more effectively.
