Ø Utilizes high-grade shielding lead room to ensure that the radiation dose rate at a distance of 5cm from the instrument surface does not exceed 0.5 μSv/h during maximum power operation, significantly exceeding national standards. The scientifically and reasonably designed lead room reduces the requirements for installation and load-bearing.
Ø Dual safety interlock configuration, X-ray control and door control mutually restrict each other to ensure personnel safety; the system is equipped with a key switch to control the activation of X-rays and security management instruments. The instrument also features an emergency stop button, allowing the irradiation process to be stopped at any time.
The inner wall material of the irradiation chamber is made of stainless steel, easy to clean and maintain, and different sizes can be provided according to customer requirements.
Ø Utilizes a PLC electrical control system for intelligent operation and monitoring of the X-ray source, offering excellent stability and strong anti-interference capability. The system automatically monitors the X-ray tube status, performs intelligent preheating, and extends its service life.

Equipped with two feedback control modes for dose and time, control can be achieved either through radiation time or dose.
