X-ray Coal Intelligent Sorting and Inspection System

The device primarily operates through a continuous conveyor belt movement, transferring the inspected coal in and out via the conveyor belt to the sorting station, which is the X-ray digital sorting detector. As the inspected coal enters the line array imaging area in various specifications, the computer has already prepared the identification information through calibration and self-learning modules. The computer identification software detects the density information of the inspected coal blocks and gangue, transmitting their coordinate information to the lower computer or sorter. After the tested coal leaves the line array and moves outside the lead room, the sorter sorts it. The entire detection cycle is completed.
