A wide range of industrial sectors in our country utilize heat exchange equipment,Heat Exchanger、Condenser、ReactorTanks and extensive piping, most of these industrial equipment heat exchangers and condensers operate with scale and rust, leading to reduced heat transfer coefficients and diminished cooling efficiency, as well as shortened equipment lifespan. Experiments show that if the heat transfer surfaces of heat exchangers and condensers have scale attachments of 0.2 to 2 millimeters, the heat transfer efficiency can drop by 10 to 40%. A 0.3-millimeter silicon scale can reduce the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchangers and condensers by 90%.
