RSY-1B Meat Moisture Rapid Tester is designed in accordance with the technical requirements of the National Standard "GB 18394-2001 Livestock and Poultry Meat Moisture Limit." It can quickly and accurately measure the moisture content in common meats. The instrument is widely applicable in departments such as industry and commerce, slaughterhouses, health, quality inspection, drug supervision, as well as at various testing centers, marketplaces, supermarkets, environmental protection agencies, and canteens in restaurants.

Good measurement accuracy: The instrument uses needle-shaped multi-electrode moisture sensors for sampling and incorporates optimized data processing algorithms, enhancing measurement accuracy and reducing measurement errors.
Wide range of measurement varieties: For different types of meat, the moisture meter can quickly and accurately determine the moisture content of various test samples by calibrating different baseline values, thus avoiding measurement errors caused by species, quality, weather, and regional factors.
Fast measurement speed: The arithmetic mean of 10 measurements is used as the measurement display value, and it takes only one minute to obtain the test result for a single sample.
Operation Simple: The instrument features three operation keys, with menu-style information displayed on the LCD screen, making operation easy to understand.
No sample loss during testing: The drying loss method requires the sample to be crushed and then dried, after which the sample is completely dehydrated and no longer has edible value. The sampling sensor of the water injection meter uses a needle-shaped electrode, which is not only easy to insert into the sample being tested but also does not affect the sample's tissue structure, appearance, or physical, chemical, and biological properties during the measurement process, ensuring no sample loss.
Robust intelligent features: The instrument, equipped with a micro-power single-chip microcomputer as the core of information processing, features intelligent functions such as measurement count display, data fitting and fusion, and automatic calculation of reference values, enhancing the practicality of the instrument.
Data is stored and can be imported into computers.
