6592A Portable High-Precision Photovoltaic Cell I-V Characterization Tester, primarily used for outdoor solar cell arrays/components/cells I-V characteristic testing. It allows for convenient and rapid testing of solar cell arrays/components/cells under natural light, providing testing guarantees for the design, acceptance, and maintenance of solar power plants. It is an essential testing tool for power plant construction units, quality inspection departments, manufacturers, research institutions, etc. The 6591 is mainly used for 1000V photovoltaic string testing and also covers component testing. The 6592 is dedicated to photovoltaic component testing, while the 6592A adds the ability to test photovoltaic cells below 1V and high-efficiency photovoltaic components, based on the 6592. The product includes environmental temperature, PV panel temperature, and irradiance detection probes, enabling comprehensive recording of the testing environment. The main unit features a portable design with dust and splash-proof capabilities and a high-brightness, sunlight-readable color LCD, suitable for fieldwork. The 6592/6592A tester features a unique component power generation test function, capable of adapting to the component authentication tests specified by IEC61853 adopted by the EU, or for local solar resource monitoring. The tester also offers high-resolution test modes up to 400/510 points and Ethernet monitoring functions compliant with Modbus/TCP protocol, catering to scientific research needs.

●  The 6592A tester features a unique compensation design, enabling genuine outdoor validation of photovoltaic cells, suitable for the experimental stage of outdoor performance testing for photovoltaic cells that have not yet been commercially applied.
